Not a lot of experience with Moschofilero? That's okay, you're not alone. This is a beautiful wine. Very aromatic, to the degree of Muscat or Gewürztraminer: white flowers, jasmine and a hint of lychee. Those softer flavors hit first, but are quickly followed by a fine and zesty, nettle-like mineral and lean, but focused acid. Moschofilero, where have you been hiding?
Goes With: white fish. Mediterranean fare.
