A joint project bewteen Mick craven and Ronnie Sanders of Vine Street Wines. A few whole bunch lots of Cinsault were tossed in with destemmed Cinsault and Carignan and fermented together. This was blended with a separate lot of Syrah which were lightly crushed to stainless steel tank. Fermentation was carried out over a little more than a week with ML occurring naturally in the Spring. The wine was matured in both tank and neutral barrels. The result is a lively, zippy, red wine sprinkled with some very serious notes.
