Camaleonte stands for Chamelon in Veneto dialect. Grapes are manually harvested from the Berici Hills, and fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. There are no oenological additives of any kind, except for a very limited dose of sulfur dioxide. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and aged in cement.  Semi Sparkling, refermented from Garganega grapes, Incrocio Manzoni (brief skin maceration), and Tai Rosso grapes. Taste of yeast, yellow fruit and floral essence. Intense straw yellow with a fragant aroma.
