Saó del Coster, Priorat S

Since the very beginning, Saó del Coster has respected its lands in Gratallops, Priorat, and has been able to express an elegant and honest vision of this region, which has recently been known mostly for wines so overworked they have lost their sense of place. Some of the vineyards are over 60 years-old, and give the wines depth and expressiveness. Saó del Coster is a winery that works traditionally and organically, respecting natural cycles, using biodynamic preparations in its lands and following the lunar calendar for all of its agricultural and winemaking activities.
