The Saffronne Rosé is made from 30 year-old Pinotage vines. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a pomegranate colour with subtle aromas of warm earth and baked strawberries. The palate shows elegant flavours of red cherry and leads to a crisp, dry finish.
