Roagna Dolcetto

When Piemonte producers aren’t drinking Barolo, they’re sipping on this; classically styled Dolcetto. Tradition is revered at this fourth generation family run property. Bright cherry fruit, light to medium bodied, gentle acidity, soft tannins and a very dry finish. Bright and precise as you would expect from a producer of such esteemed reputation as Roagna. Goes With: Salumi, cheeses, pasta and pancetta dishes. Organic.
