Dan Odfjell left his native Norway and fell in love with Chile's Maipo Valley and its wonderful terroir for growing wine. He began planting his own vineyards in 1994 and has been operating an environment-friendly winery since that time. Organic fruit, a solar powered winery built into the earth for natural cooling and biodynamic practices throughout. Most importantly, the wines are delicious. This cab has deep, dark fruit with black pepper, clove and a puff of bitter chocolate.
