Always regarded as a rare and single product the Coulée of Serrant was celebrated like one of the best French white wines. The vineyard is cultivated partly with the hand and the horse because of the stiffness of its slopes which overhang the Loire.

Since 1984, the entirety of the domain is cultivated according to the methods of biodynamics agriculture. Three wines are produced in modest amounts with the property and profit from the principles of agriculture biodynamics : the“Coulée of Serrant”, the “Clos de la Bergerie” and “Les Vieux Clos”.
