The concept Rack comes from a commission to make a wine very rare, rare with balls, hence its name RACK. This wine is a natural, light and fluid wine. On the nose, the aromas of ripe white fruit and stone fruit stand out, with notes of flowers and citrus. Easy to drink, with a long and persistent finish. Once the grapes are harvested and pressed in the winery, they ferment with native yeasts in stainless steel deposits, working with the musts and the fermentation with hight turbidity so that the wine becomes self-protected. Once the fermentation has ended, it is left to rest for 3 months in the same deposits with its lees, without pumping-overs nor batonnage, to preserve the reduction.
