Wine is little shy right out of the bottle. Opened up beautifully to abundance of ripe red cherries with brambly fruits. Silky & light playful tannins on the palate. Oak is definitely present but fully integrated providing the wine with structural backbone. I think the wine can benefit from a few years of aging in a cellar condition. Let it breathe a bit to enhance your experience. Pairs well with filet mignon, well spiced beef briskets BBQ, mushroom pasta
