From his father's vineyard, a 0.5 ha plot of 35-year-old bred in Montepulciano and Trebbiano (with other indistinguishable local varieties), a white 80% Trebbiano and 20% traditional grapes. Spontaneously fermented in steel and fiberglass vats, without the addition of sulfur, it is a white that prefers freshness to the structure.
