Classic Pinot Noir notes of cherry, dried cranberry and wet earth. It has a freshness on the palate that would make it ideal to pair with food. A whisper of sour dark fruits gives it a slightly atypical or "funky" finish. Medium body with tannin. Hand harvested. Blend of destemmed and whole cluster fruit pressed, 24 hours in vats and then in barrels on their lees until the summer for bottling in early September.
