The Eiko Fuji brewery was founded in 1778 by the Kato family and is now run by the 13th generation of the same family. They are located in Yamagata prefecture in northern Japan, a region long prized for sake making because of it's pristine surroundings. This junmai is soft, relaxed and mellow, with notes of peaches and strawberries.
