Crushed rocks, wild red fruit, and rose petals on the nose. Spiced red pear, plum, bay leaf, and white flowers on the palate. Light- medium body, refreshing mineral finish.
The grapes are de-stemmed, spend five days on the skins and co-fermented spontaneously in plastic lagar that lasts three weeks with no temperature control. The wine is aged in 600L casks for six months. Not fined or filtered.
