Gran Cerdo was our first introduction to winemaker Gonzalo Gonzalo's wines, and it was love at first taste. He has proven that great, biodynamic wines can be made in Rioja. The flying pig on the label is a not-so-subtle jab at the bankers who denied him loans when he proposed his venture. You can savor his sweet revenge. This is a beautiful Tempranillo with wonderful balance of red & dark berries, lavender, violets and soft earth.
