Sauvignon blanc skins macerated for 7 days. Fermented with natural yeast, unfiltered. Stainless Steel fermentation. Each volume is a different blend, vol 1 sees delicate with notes of apple flowers and a touch of liquorice. Vol 1 is a touch more fruit forward than vol 2.
