Elisabetta Foradori is the top producer of Teroldego, an ancient grape variety of the northen Alto Adige region, that is related to Syrah and Pinot Noir. She took over her father's estate at age 19 and has since been at the forefront of turning Teroldego from a high-yielding, bulk wine producing grape into a prestigious variety of its own.
