Glass by glass it's getting better. Dry, stark fruit and tannin. Bold. Red bright fruits, fresh lively acidity and low amount of tannins but rather sticky. Sour cherry, bread yeast, raspberry. Calms down a little with some air. Really fresh jam, a little sour fruit, but no sweetness. Shame the bottle finished that quickly!
