Clay and limestone From a parcel nestling in between Meursault & Puligny, situated on the altitude of 230m. Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed. The resulting wines are aged sur lie in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months with minimal (if any) bâtonnage. The wines are racked from their lees just before bottling, in synchronization with the lunar calendar, to ensure a naturally limpid and stable state, and thus avoiding fining and filtration.
