From vineyards located in the very north of Emilia-Romagna, Massi Crocis wines bear the most superficial resemblance to Lambrusco. While most of the Lambrusco vineyards are on flat or gently undulating terrain, Colli Piacentini's vineyards are on the slopes of three valleys. The Lubigo has 12 days skin maceration with indigenous yeast to produce a natural sparkle in the wine leaving it deliciously bone dry.
