An old vine blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache with great flavor intensity to go with notions of black raspberry, violets, wild herbs, crushed flowers and leather. Entirely hand-harvested, slow fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and long maceration with some pigeage. Gravity bottled, unfined, unfiltered.
