A wonderful, rosé sparkling wine made from a blend of grapes for the most part unique to the Loire Valley. Winemaker Vincent Girault has been making wine here since he was 18 years old, following family traditions that date back to the 1850s. Clos de la Briderie has been biodynamic for over 20 years. For this rosé, only the "tête de cuvée" juice (the first press juice) is used. It's a light, fresh and elegant sparkling rosé.
