This Rosé is obtained by bleeding after maceration for 8 to 14 hours for Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Part of the Cinsault rosé is obtained by direct pressing.Strawberry, red berries, apples on the back end. Lean and fresh, Gourmand and winey with aromas of red fruits including strawberry acidulated with slightly spicy notes.
