Extraordinary texture of silk and satin. Great aromatic complexity with warm tangerine, over-steeped peach tea, baked apple fruit with hints of vanilla, peppercorn and dried herbs.
One week of skin contact during the fermentation with wild yeasts and fermentation and ageing for 16 months in barrel. No added SO2.
