Cold skin maceration during eight hours, fermentation and ageing on the lees during three months gives a salmon color with orange and rosé reflects. Light herbal taste typical from xarel.lo grape variety, with strawberry and wild raspberry notes. It is a young rosé wine, suitable for any occasion. Very good for appetizers and starters.
