The grapes for this Bacchus Pet-Nat were harvested in September. Shell-limestone with a fat, nutrition-rhich clay layer let’s the vines grow extraordinarily strong. This is one of the best Pet Nat. Notes of peach. Almost orange color. Cloudy. Tart and mouthwatering. Juicy grapefruit, peach, lychee candy, passionfruit, faint yeast in the background, finishing dry with an aftertaste of grapefruit peel. Remind of a really lovely kombucha; fun and structured with a satisfying effervescence.
